Diet-Induced Disease Models

Göttingen Minipigs are prone to develop human like disease phenotypes when fed specific diets. In this Web Academy we will give an overview of diet induced disease models in Göttingen Minipigs including obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis, and NASH.

In addition to model specific details, the presentation will also include practical aspects of diet interventions in Göttingen Minipigs and important animal welfare considerations and refinements.

You will get all your questions answered at the final Q&A session.
